Charlamagne tha God sat down with author, host and producer Padma Lakshmi for the latest episode of The Hollywood Reporter’s Emerging Hollywood to discuss growing up as an immigrant in America, the beauty standards she faced, dealing with imposter syndrome, translating cultures through food and being a representation for women.

Seeing Padma talk about overcoming imposter syndrome was so relatable because I’ve definitely felt that pressure to prove myself in tough environments. Finding that inner confidence is a real win, much like finally nailing a strategy in 1v1 lol.

I found Padma Lakshmi’s discussion on identity and culture so moving and relatable. Seeing how she blends her heritage with her career is as creative as mixing different beats in Sprunki Retake to find the perfect vibe. This interview is a must-watch for anyone who has ever dealt with imposter syndrome or felt like they were balancing two worlds!
Great interview, but if I'm being honest felt more like 'why I'm still a Calvinist' than 'Christian'. I respect that Kristen's faith tradition is important to her, and she can obviously share to the level she feels comfortable with and no more, but this was a very intellectual conversation. I'd have appreciated hearing more about Kristen's personal faith in Jesus Himself and why that is not shaken despite the attacks she's endured. Cascos de Moto Integrales

A short essay is usually assigned in school tests, online quizzes, college discussion posts, and scholarship forms. Teachers use it to test your thinking skills, not your typing…
